The looking eye (the eye,1 lense) are facets lenses in an MDF frame.
The effects are similar to the ones of the dragoneyes. Your surroundings are multiplied.

The prism has mirrors inside. So it reflects the objects many times.
The effects from colours and images derive from motion.
