For your advertising product, you can either use a design from our best-selling product range such as our vehicle pen boxes, photo stools or presentation files, or you can create your very own item ( minimum quantity of 100 pieces). We are happy to support you in developing your design and realising it. Our materials allow us maximum flexibility. Here is a small guide to your advertising product:

• Our experienced graphic artists and designers develop a simulation, which can then be transformed into a display sample
• You check the simulation/model and add your changes if necessary
• Once the model has been approved, we will start the production process
• We will send your order flat packed to save space

Dyeing, printing, or laminating

We mainly work with MDF and HDF (medium and high-density fibreboard) from sustainable forestry. These stable wooden panels with a smooth surface can be milled and dyed as well as printed and laminated. Only non-toxic colours are used here, so that the advertising products are also suitable for children.

We can dye our wood or wood fibre panels, print directly on the wood or laminate them with a printed paper layer. When dyeing, you can choose from more than 30 non-toxic and environmentally friendly standard colours. Special colours are also possible. For printing, we use screen printing or multi-colour digital printing. These techniques are used to print directly onto the (coloured) wood. Embossing techniques and laser engraving add even more highlights.

If you want to print colourful graphics or photos on smaller panels, like for example on signs for the top, lamination is the ideal solution. The digital print on high-quality paper (with the FSC eco-label) is firmly glued to the pre-cut panel, and the edge of the paper that overlaps the wooden panel gets a clean, smooth finish with the final laser cut.

Laser cutting

Our lasers cut the most precise shapes out of the panels. Again, all imaginable outer and inner shapes are possible. Due to the burning process during cutting, you get a fine dark edge, which can also be used for creative design.
